Roderick "R.A.P." Price was born in Detroit, MI in 1994 and was raised in Jacksonville, FL from elementary through high school.

R.A.P. began writing lyrics, rapping, recording & producing in late 2008.

In 2009, R.A.P. started releasing music locally and online through his Myspace page.
His first release was a demo called Michigan Monsta Mixtape Vol. 1 in April. After purchasing a microphone and learning more about recording music, he re-released Michigan Monsta Mixtape Vol. 1 along with Michigan Monsta Mixtape Vol. 2 on December 1st.

In 2010, R.A.P. formed a music group with two singers, Imuzical Angel, & Lil' Red called Neon.

In late 2010, R.A.P. and Lady Taz (f.k.a. Imuzical Angel) formed Young & Official Ent.

In December 2010, R.A.P. & Lady Taz founded Royalty Inc and both claimed CEO positions (King & Queen). Within the same month, a female artist Gucci joined the group's roster along with R.A.P.'s alter-ego Smokey.

In March of 2011, R.A.P., Nick, & Freddie Tee formed a group named Hamsquad. In Summer 2011, Lady Taz changed her stage name to KiDd CaLii & R.A.P.'s based alter-ego Yung Rykky was added to the roster. At the end of 2011, Smokey changed his stage name to Smokey-San.

In Summer 2012, KiDd CaLii changed her stage name to Codeeine. In the Fall of 2012, R.A.P. moved to Winter Park, FL started school at Full Sail University.

In January 2013, C.L.P. joined Royalty Inc. In October 2013, Codeeine changed her stage name to Westsidee Chinaa.

In March 2014, R.A.P. & C.L.P. formed a rap duo called R.I.C.B. In May 2014, R.A.P. started to collaborate with The Marage from Full Covers Records Inc. and they formed a rap duo called Mutants.

In the Fall of 2014, R.A.P. graduated from Full Sail University with a Recording Arts Bachelors Degree. Subsequently, R.A.P. moved back to Jacksonville, FL. December 2014, Austin Lorenzo joined Royalty Inc. making music in English as The Marage and in Spanish as La Potencia Lirical.

In August 2015, Kevin Rivera of Full Covers Records Inc. joined Royalty Inc. recording and mixing as DJ Elegance and as the artist La Elegancia Musical.
